In our offices in Clube Praia da Oura you will find two dedicated
Customer Care officers, Dora Pedro and Delio Marrachinho, who
speak English, German and French as well as their native Portuguese.
Inacio Rodrigues, CPO's Room Manager, heads this department
(as well as Reservations, Reception and Housekeeping). Having
worked at Clube Praia da Oura for twenty-two years, there isn't
much that Inacio doesn't know about the resorts. "We enjoy
helping members," says Inacio, "and we are satisfied
when our members are satisfied." In the UK, the dedicated
Customer Care officer is Lorraine Humphreys.

In our offices in Marbella, Michael Hansen and his team are
experienced in dealing with the different queries that come
in from all around the world. Between them, the team members
speak an impressive number of langues - English, Spanish, Italian,
French, Flemish, Hebrew and Russian. "We have a multinational
membership", says Michael, "so we need to be able
to communicate with everybody". Michael's team also deals
with reservations for a number of the Clubs. "We pride
ourselves on offering a good, all-round service for members,"
says Michael. "If our members are happy then we know we
are doing a good job."

FOR MEMBERS OF CLUB INFINITI
In the Marbella offices, and very much part of Michael Hansen's
team, is a staff member dedicated to Club Infiniti members,
David Sterry. David spends his days answering queries, particularly
from new Infiniti members, and helping them to get the most
out of their membership. "What I really like about my job"
says David, "is helping people to take advantage of the
range of benefits available to Infiniti members; often they
don't realise how much the Club can do for them. That's my definition
of job satisfaction."
